 As our Coffee Bar Supervisor, your focus will be on ensuring every cup served is exceptional. You’ll be the go-to person for barista training, equipment upkeep, and quality control – all while helping lead a friendly, motivated team in a fast-paced café environment.  

Ensure consistent high standards of customer service and proactive customer interaction. Follow appropriate procedures and instructions. Contribute to a positive team working environment to work with team to exceed client and company goals.
