Roles and Responsibilities

To take care of allocation received from client
- Monitor the performance of telecaller & field executive to take the feedback / reports regarding compilation of allocation of client
- To insure smooth function of field executive working on client's allocation
- Setting weekly / monthly credit collection recovery target
- Managing the telecaller team and assisting the junior staff
- Prepare the reports of calling trailers on daily basis and submit to the management as and when required
- Review field follow-up for the portfolio managed towards achievements of target set
