Role Summary
The Collection Strategy Analyst is responsible for designing, monitoring, and optimizing collections strategies across the delinquency lifecycle. The role sits at the intersection of data analytics, credit risk, and operational execution -- translating portfolio behavior into actionable strategies that improve recovery rates, reduce credit losses, and enhance customer outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy Design & Optimization:
- Develop and refine segmentation‑based collections strategies across DPD buckets (early, mid, late, and pre‑write‑off)
- Design treatment paths (SMS, IVR, agent, legal, settlement) by risk segment, product, and exposure tier
- Build and maintain roll rate, cure rate, and flow rate models to inform strategy decisions
- Conduct champion/challenger testing on contact strategies, offer structures, and channel sequencing
