QUICK JOB DETAILS
- Job Type: Contract (12 months)
- Working Conditions / Setup Location: Hybrid setup (Taguig City office, 3 days/week).
- Hours: Fixed shift (Monday – Friday) with occasional weekend coverage depending on month-end volume.
OVERALL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Validate and review non-voice communications (e.g., SMS, email and IVRS) from third-party collections agencies to ensure compliance with approved guidelines, regulatory standard, and company policies.
- Generate and maintain daily operational and performance reports using Looker Studio.
- Assist in the preparation, completion and consolidation of required documents for small claims filing.
- Track status of agency/legal documents to ensure timely submission and processing.
