Collections Associate

Responsible for managing daily returns and ensuring timely resolution of related account concerns. This includes handling inbound and outbound client calls, managing bounced checks and closing accounts within the required turnaround period. The position also supports operational efficiency by assisting with report preparation and negotiating payment terms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Administer outbound and inbound calls related to Daily Returned Check.
• Ensure all DAIF accounts are deposited accordingly.
• Ensure accounts are closed within the 15-day period.
• Serve us a backup for uploading, updating and sending daily reports.
• Handle account reconciliation and restructuring.
• Ensure all remarks in system are updated accurately and timely.
