Duties And Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing Legal Operations Team focused on collections through litigation (such as small claims case filing).
- Manage external agencies handling a portion of the legal collections process, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Provide insights and develop strategies to improve legal collections success rates while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
