Collections Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for driving cash collection performance and reducing aged receivables across our North American Account-to-Cash (A2C) operations. You will lead a high-performing team of internal and outsourced resources, serving as a critical leader who balances strong financial discipline with a customer-centric approach. Your mission is to drive predictable cash flow, manage bad debt exposure, and strengthen cross‑functional partnerships to improve upstream billing quality and customer outcomes.
