COMBAT DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Summary You will serve as a Combat Development Director in the Combat Development Directorate of COMNAVSPECWARDEVGRU. Responsibilities You will direct, supervise, manage and coordinate the work of six divisions consisting of approximately 80 military, government service and contractor personnel. You will develop long term strategies and assign actions toward those to the appropriate divisions based on priorities, level of difficulty of the assignment, special skill sets required, and the capacity of the employees within the directorate. You will provide analysis and oversight of the Program Objectives Memorandum (POM), Budget, and Logistics Division POM submissions and represent the command for the POM Integrated Concept Team (ICT) processes.
