Comercial Director Germany

Working in the Business Development team, this role will be responsible for defining and executing the CVL Cosmetics South Middle Europe SL commercial strategy for the Commercial Director (Germany). The position plays a critical leadership role, driving sales performance, developing the luxury distribution network, and ensuring sustainable business growth across our brands (Valmont, l'Elixir des Glaciers & Storie Veneziane).

This role will work cross-functionally, aligning commercial objectives with marketing, training, and retail execution to deliver outstanding customer experiences and maximize brand performance in the market. The Commercial Director will lead the German commercial team, oversee key partnerships, and ensure strong KPI-driven decision-making.
