Responsibilities
Supporting and reviewing Business Unit (BU) investment and Capex.
Supporting and reviewing in preparation, review, and final approval from the management of commercial contracts – NDA’s, LOIs, key customer and vendor contracts.
Ensuring the consistency in application of the Company's Group policies and processes concerning commercial contracts and Capex.
Developing and monitoring the post-Capex/investment process.
Working with the BU or Corporate function externally to develop innovative solutions across technology, systems, processes, and policies, and ensure effective use by the business.
