Commercial Analyst

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Commercial Analyst to join our team. The role is a trainee position designed for future commercial sales/lending roles; incumbents in this role do not remain long term. An incumbent will spend approximately two (2) years in this role and, upon achieving the required skill and experience level, will move into an available commercial sales/lending role.

Responsibilities include providing administrative and analytical support to the commercial sales team; performing tasks that support the underwriting process for new credit applications; conducting annual reviews on commercial accounts; analyzing financial statements; and completing analysis of industry and market data, as required. Once sufficient skill and experience are achieved, the incumbent will deal directly with commercial members.
