: The Purchase Associate plays a critical role in supporting the Sourcing Team by facilitating seamless collaboration across various internal departments, including Stores, Finance, Operations and Quality. Externally, the role requires effective coordination with Suppliers, Customs Clearing Agents, and Transporters to ensure smooth and efficient purchase processes.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Internal Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams, including Stores, Finance, and Quality, to ensure accurate and timely recording of material receipts and efficient processing of invoices for prompt payment.

Order placement – Ensure the timely ordering of essential materials, including Industrial Gases, Vegetables & Groceries, and Stationery, to support uninterrupted operations.
