Commercial Compliance & Risk Analyst

Job Summary

The Senior Contracts Specialist is responsible for supporting the Proposals Team during the bidding phase, managing post-award contractual activities, administering subcontracts, and handling charter party agreements. The role ensures contractual compliance, mitigates commercial risks, supports claims and change management processes, and safeguards the company's commercial interests throughout the project lifecycle within complex EPC and offshore environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing and negotiating tender and contract terms, ensuring alignment with internal policies, and drafting/reviewing key legal agreements such as NDAs, MoUs, and JV/Consortium agreements.
• Manages post-award contract activities including preparing contract appreciation notes, change notices, and claims;
  ensures compliance;
  maintains key logs;
  and handles contractualcorrespondence.
