You are a builder, a coach, and a closer.
You have real heavy commercial HVAC construction experience and the technical credibility that comes from personally building large commercial sheet metal systems. You understand shop drawings, field coordination, and the realities of construction because you've lived them.
You don't manage projects from behind a desk. You lead through foremen, coach experienced crews, and keep multiple job sites moving forward. You're calm under pressure, firm when necessary, and skilled at navigating conflict, changing conditions, and difficult subcontractors without losing momentum.
Most importantly, you finish what you start. You don't let projects stall at 85%. You push through balancing, punch lists, and final details because quality matters and getting it done...
