Commercial Contract Manager

Responsibilities:

• Commercial Business: Manage client relationships, participate in designing the cloud & renewable energy bidding models and drafting the whole contracts for difficult scenario projects and replying RFQ/SOC based on key account baseline in bidding document.
• Negotiate Contract Terms: Take the lead in the contract negotiation and planning of difficult scenario projects, and achieve negotiation objectives, while minimizing contract risk and ensure contract quality. Able to ensure signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation
• Legal Monitoring: Take charge of the commercial & legal functional review, comprehensive review, and decision-making support for difficult scenario projects.
