**ABOUT THE ROLE:**
Accountability for the ANZ P&L Statement. Leads the direction and people leadership of commercial team, with a broad influence over the full country team, including functions, to ensure strategic alignment and a productive business model. Responsible for the design and execution of the countries strategy, supported by business metrics and analytics to serve the business and improve the quality of the ANZ business while making selective investments in growth.
