Commercial Effectiveness Leader is responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of Sales Effectiveness: territory planning (coverage), salesforce development (Agronomy, Product Knowledge, Selling, Service and Coaching training) and service-oriented initiatives within the country. The purpose is to increase the overall effectiveness of customer service by promoters and field employees, to drive profitable market share and sustainable growth for their assigned areas.
