Insight Global is looking for a Commercial Escrow/Title Assistant will provide high‑level support to a high‑volume commercial escrow desk, assisting with complex commercial real estate transactions from file opening through closing. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with a strictly commercial background who thrives in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment. This position will be on-site 5 days a week in Downtown Los Angeles.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Commercial Escrow Officer throughout the full lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions, from opening to close.
Prepare and review commercial closing statements and assist with settlement coordination.
Review, organize, and track title commitments, title requirements, and related commercial documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams, lenders, attorneys, and external stakeholders to ensure timely closings.
