The team is responsible for managing relationships with our partners, customers and account holders. Commercial Experiences Manager develops and delivers strategic insight‑led engagement programmes for priority clients and stakeholders overseeing engagement planning, client events and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) activities to support business objectives, client loyalty and commercial outcomes.
