Commercial IT Business Partner
As a Commercial IT Business Partner, you will be part of the Growth IT department, working closely with Sales, Commercial Excellence, Digital and Salesforce Architecture teams. Your mission is to connect commercial business needs with scalable technology solutions, ensuring the evolution, adoption and continuous improvement of sales tools, CRM platforms and commercial digital capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Act as IT Business Partner for Sales, Commercial Excellence stakeholders.
- Understand commercial processes and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Drive the evolution of sales tools and commercial digital solutions.
- Support the adoption of commercial tools by sales teams and business users.
