Commercial Kitchen Designer

Lead kitchen design projects from initial brief, concept and schematic design through detailed design, tender, and IFC shop drawing stages. Develop high‑quality kitchen layouts, space planning and workflows for residential and commercial hospitality kitchens. Coordinate with architectural, structural and MEP consultants to ensure fully integrated and buildable kitchen designs. Produce and review detailed drawings, plans, elevations, sections, detail equipment schedules and builder’s work drawings. Prepare and validate BOQs, material finish specifications and appliance selections aligned with project requirements. Ensure compliance with relevant UAE Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense requirements plus international kitchen and F&B operational standards.
