A well-established firm is seeking a Commercial Lawyer (4+ years PAE)  to join its busy and growing commercial practice.
You’ll advise a mix of ASX-listed, unlisted public, and private clients  across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters  , including contract drafting and negotiation, business structuring, and mergers and acquisitions.
   About you:   
4+ years’ post-admission experience in commercial or corporate law
Strong drafting and communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and client relationships
Commercial mindset with a focus on practical outcomes
