Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning: Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue and profit targets. Identifying new business opportunities, evaluating market trends, and analyzing competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Team Leadership: Leading, motivating, and mentoring a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
