Commercial Manager - Interior Fit out

Candidate Profile

A Commercial Manager shall demonstrate direct experience of different project values contracts formsand procurement routes. Strong leadership skills are required, including being able to manage a QS team forthe lifecycle of a project and interface with the project team. Responsible for ensuring that the commercial strategy is achieved; including all risks, liabilities, etc of contractual agreements identified by the CommercialDirector being understood/administered. This person is also likely to be either MCIOB or MRICS, with experience ideally covering fitting out and construction sectors.

Job Purpose

The Commercial Manager supports the Commercial Director or Project Director in managing all commercial matters for a given project or number of projects.
