Commercial Manager

Position Overview:

The Commercial Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all commercial, financial, and contractual aspects of the mining operations. This includes budgeting, cost control, procurement, contract negotiation, vendor management, financial planning, and ensuring compliance with mining regulations and corporate governance standards. The role plays a key part in optimizing project economics, supporting operational efficiency, and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

1. End-to-End Gold Sales Management

• Own the gold sales process from sales planning, production forecast alignment, buyer or offtaker coordination, shipment execution, final settlement, and payment collection.
