About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to drive BD Excellence across Africa Commercial Operations, with strong alignment across logistics, supply chain, and customer-facing teams. The role focuses on embedding standardised ways of working, improving end-to-end processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making to enhance operational performance and customer experience. You will act as a key change agent, translating BD Excellence principles into practical, scalable routines across the region.

Main Responsibilities Champion BD Excellence across Commercial Operations, logistics, and supply chain. Design, standardise, and optimise end-to-end processes (order-to-cash, fulfilment, inventory visibility, issue resolution). Embed daily management routines, tiered management systems, and performance visualisation (Bowlers).
