Job Description
- Manage pricing, quotation, tender preparation, and order acceptance processes.
- Review cost, margin, and pricing structures to ensure accurate and profitable quotations.
- Maintain price lists, cost matrices, and quotation templates for consistency and efficiency.
- Coordinate RFQ, tender documents, and commercial proposals within agreed timelines.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal teams to resolve pricing, order, and contract matters.
- Review commercial contracts, agreements, and NDAs to identify legal, financial, and business risks.
- Improve sales and quotation processes, controls, documentation, and reporting.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, pricing, quotation, tender, commercial operations, or sales support.
