The Commercial Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of a portfolio of commercial and retail properties. This role focuses on delivering strong tenant relationships, ensuring operational excellence, managing vendor performance, and supporting financial performance through budgeting, cost control, and lease compliance. The Property Manager acts as the primary point of contact for tenants and service providers while working closely with leasing, accounting, and operations teams to ensure properties are well maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently.
