Excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a long-established South West firm. This commercial property team is highly reputable both locally and nationally, and they are currently experiencing an exciting period of growth. The role is based in Bath with a hybrid working arrangement.

The caseload will include acquisitions & disposals, landlord and tenant matters, real estate finance, and development projects.

Ideally, you will be a qualified solicitor with at least 1 year PQE in commercial property, preferably from a reputable commercial property team.
