This position covers both inside and outside sales functions and requires direct engagement with prospective clients: from initial contact through contract execution. The Commercial Sales Representative is responsible for qualifying opportunities, gathering complete scope information in the field, and serving as the primary liaison between the client and the estimating team throughout the bid process. If you have 3 or more years of B2B Sales experience in the construction industry in New York City, you may qualify for this position.
