About The Role

The Argentina Retail Commercial team is responsible for growing and strengthening Uber's partnerships with some of the country's leading grocery and retail companies.

As Commercial Team Leader, you'll help shape the commercial strategy for the business while leading high‑impact negotiations with key partners.

This role includes a structured ramp‑up period designed to help you build a deep understanding of the business before transitioning into full people‑management responsibilities. Over time, you'll lead and develop the commercial team while partnering closely with senior leadership to drive growth across the Argentina Retail business.
