Location – Colchester or Maidstone. 3 days per week
Salary – Up to £40,

IPS Group are working with a leading insurer to find a Commercial Underwriter to join their growing National Underwriting Hub!
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a couple of years of exposure to Commercial Lines underwriting that wants to further develop their technical expertise with a leading Insurer.

About the role
You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of new business and renewal cases, delivering profitable underwriting decisions in line with company appetite and guidelines.

You’ll work closely with brokers and internal teams to drive growth and maintain strong trading relationships.

Keep up to date with relevant market trends and insights

Be on hand to support colleagues with any questions
