Scope of Work

In this role, I will support the Demi/Chef de Partie in the smooth running of the Kitchen department.

My duties include but is not limited to:
•Assuming 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
•Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.
