What you will be doing... Preparing and presenting dishes to company specifications, maintaining excellent standards of cookery and service. Keeping your section and the wider kitchen clean, tidy, and hygienic throughout service. Checking and recording food temperatures accurately, following company processes. Completing food prep before and during service, and restocking as needed. Supporting portion control and minimising food waste to help maximise profit.
