W Sydney located at 31 Wheat Road is hiring a Pastry Commis Chef (both Full Time and Part Time opportunities available). Reporting to the Director of Culinary, this integral role will exhibit creativity and assist in all areas of the pastry kitchen. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Baking and decorating skills by personally performing tasks;
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, and food prep checklists;
