Commission Analysis Officer
Your Role:
Responsible for managing and executing sales commission in compliance with sales compensation plans and incentive programs
Collect, clean, and consolidate data from multiple sources into a unified and consistent dataset for analysis
Collaborate with internal parties for business efficiency
With good sense, with a large dataset, and understanding of database concepts in business intelligence principles, and data modelling
Any ad hoc duties/assignments assigned
To succeed in this role:
Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines. Higher Diploma /Associate Degree holders will also be considered.
