Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IBMS projects From Design to Communication planning, scheduling and monitoring. Handle IBMS systems such as BMS, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, VMS, and other ELV systems. Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project Execution. Review project drawings, BOQs, technical submittals, and method statements. Ensure project completion within time, cost, and quality parameters. Supervise site engineers and subcontractors at project sites. Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation Manage issue resolution, change management, and risk mitigation. Support project closure activities. Others:
