Capital Planning and End-of-Mortgage Committee Member

Supports oversight of KHI’s building portfolio, capital priorities, asset condition, major repairs, long-term infrastructure planning, mortgage maturity, and changing funding arrangements. This Committee will help KHI protect existing assets while preparing for future growth, sustainability, and expansion opportunities. Committee meetings are held remotely .
