Commodity Associate

S&P Global Energy's Commodity Associate Program is a 7‑month rotational program starting in September 2026 with 1 month of comprehensive training followed by two 3‑month rotations in different commodity sectors.

As a Commodity Associate, you will:

• Be trained to work in the price reporting function and generate assessments and content, including market commentary and news pieces to support pricing benchmarks and analytics.
• Gather data and market intelligence and conduct analysis for the assessment and reporting process.
• Explore market subjects such as supply & demand, infrastructure, geopolitical and regulatory issues, transportation, and their impact on markets.
• Learn about oil, power, natural gas, LNG, coal, petrochemicals, metals, agriculture and shipping markets.
