Commodity Manager

A Snapshot of Your Day In this dynamic role you will pull together and lead a cross functional group that will create and implement a commodity strategy that will drive positive change in the supply chain. The successful candidate will be a great communicator who is able to influence others outside of direct reporting lines, winning people over to share in the vision for the commodity. You will understand your internal partners and engage with them regularly to ensure their requirements are being met, adapting the commodity strategy to respond to the changing market environment. You will determine the strategic direction for the supply chain including which suppliers you will grow and develop strong partnerships with, constantly being on top of the latest technology developments and new supplier capabilities as they develop.
