**Responsible of one of the most relevant challenges in today organizations, Associates alignment, engagement and relationship with the organization.
This role is responsible of align and engage Mars Wrigley LAN Associates through strategic communications while enhancing the reputation of Mars and its Culture.
Be a consultant, create and execute the strategy and plans for effective communication from the Management Team and Functional Leads to the Associates, particularly to promote business alignment, change management and the Essence of Mars.

**What are we looking for?

- Marketing or Communication degree
- 4 years of experience in Internal/Corporate Communications
- Must know how to select the right channels for both the audience and the message
- Have good spelling and writing skills (English & Spanish)
- Package management thinking into digestible messages
- Must have proven track record in internal communications measurement
