Job Description

Working within a small on-site team, you will support both co-working clients and internal colleagues, proactively enhancing the overall workplace experience while ensuring the space operates efficiently and in line with Eagle Labs’ standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming, inclusive, and collaborative community environment for members, colleagues, and visitors.
  • Oversee front-of-house operations, including reception, visitor management, and arrival experiences.
  • Act as the primary on-site point of contact, responding to day-to-day queries with professionalism and care.
  • Support the delivery of events for up to 100 attendees, including room setup, basic technology troubleshooting, and on-the-day support....
