A rare opportunity has arisen within the Lancaster District Nursing team for an advanced Clinical Support Worker. The post is for 37.5 hours per week over 5 working days and requires flexibility to cover days, weekends and evenings.

As a CSW in the community team, you will be able to demonstrate excellent communication with patients, relatives and professionals as well as experience or willingness to train in a range of extended clinical skills including but not limited to basic observations, venepuncture, skin care, wound care...
