Community Outreach Worker (CSS Housing)

Salary: £26,000 - £26,500 per annum
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week (5 days per week)
Reports to: Senior Lead Complex Needs and Community
Working base: West Hertfordshire + possible Herts countywide travel.

Community Outreach Workers support people with complex needs who have Housing issues as a primary need. This includes people who may have drug and alcohol difficulties.
