We are seeking dedicated Community Support Staff to join our 25 acre development team at Beaufort Park (NW9). The CSS department is responsible for ensuring the development remains a safe, pleasant, and clean environment for all residents. This role involves supporting residents, the Concierge, and the management team to ensure smooth operations in accordance with company procedures and industry best practices. Training will be provided.
What Hours/rota will I be working?

Day shift from 7am to 7pm on a 4 day on, 4 day off rota. This will include weekends.

Main Duties:
Conduct patrol inspections of buildings, car parks, and external routes.
Record patrols using the Site pro app and report findings to the Duty Manager / Development Manager.
Complete patrol inspection reports and address urgent issues immediately.
Respond to noise complaints and investigate short-let properties online.
