Community Support Worker - Levin Part Time

Overview

Community Support Worker – Levin (Part Time, 32 hours per fortnight). MASH provides support services for individuals with Mental Health and wellness needs, intellectual or physical disability or disease, alcohol and dependency issues, as well as young people; services are provided in home settings or in the community. This role supports individuals to maintain a high quality of life and participate in daily community life.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to maintain a high quality of life and a positive home environment.
• Encourage full participation in everyday life and community activities.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed (e.g., bathing, dressing, getting in and out of bed).
• Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation, and shopping to maintain a healthy home environment.
• Provide care and support in accordance with individual needs and plans.
