The Community Support Worker Team Lead provides ongoing operational and team support to the Community Support Worker team. The role assists with facilitating clear communication, supporting employee and volunteer engagement, and contributing to the effective day‑to‑day functioning of the centre in alignment with The Mustard Seed’s vision.
