The Permi-Flex position would be an excellent fit for someone who loves variety in their work week. With 40 hours per week guaranteed, you will work a variety of day, evening, weekend, awake night and sleepover shifts across our Wellington services; plus, you will be paid $31.97 per hour. 
In this role, you will:
Support people as they set and achieve personal goals
Encourage participation in daily life and community activities
Provide practical assistance with routines, well-being, and skill-building
Model positive behaviours and foster confidence, resilience, and hope
Keep clear, accurate documentation to support progress
And most importantly, ensure the people you work with have fun and feel valued!
