Overview of the Role
The Company Nurseis responsible forprotecting and promoting the health, safety, and well-being of all team members. The role supports occupational health programs, workplace injury/illness response, and wellness initiatives tomaintaina safe, productive, and engaged workforce. The Company Nurse partners closely with the Company Doctor, Health & Safety Officer, and People & Culture to execute health services, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with ERT and OSH to implement occupational health and safety programs with DOLE standards.
- Maintain readiness of the company clinic, ensuring cleanliness, safety and equipment functionality.
- Administerfirst-aidand emergency care; ensure proper documentation and referral to partner hospitals when needed.
