Job Summary

The Company Nurse is responsible for independently managing the company clinic and leading all health and safety initiatives. This role provides primary healthcare services, ensures compliance with occupational health standards, and supports HR functions to promote overall employee well‑being.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage daily clinic operations and ensure readiness at all times
• Provide first aid treatment and basic medical care to employees
• Assess, monitor, and manage employee health concerns, illnesses, and injuries
• Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and clinic inventory
• Lead the implementation of occupational health and safety programs
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, OSH, and company health regulations
